NexClub is a platform consisting of a mobile application and website designed to help users discover club events and enable clubs to manage and promote their events.

Website Visitors
The NexClub website does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics tools that identify individual visitors.
If you contact us by email, we may process the information you provide, including your email address and the content of your message, for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
Regular Users
Regular users can browse content without creating an account.
When using the app, we may collect limited non-personal and technical information, including:

- event view counts
- application visit statistics
- interaction data within the application
- anonymous Firebase user identifiers
- language preferences stored locally on the device

Club Accounts

Payments may be processed through Apple In-App Purchases and other authorized payment providers where available.
NexClub does not receive or store payment card information.
For paid features, transaction identifiers and purchase verification data may be processed to verify and activate purchased services.
Payment providers process payment data according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Data are stored using secure cloud infrastructure provided by Google Firebase, including:
